- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp minced fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Teriyaki Beef:
- 1 lb. boneless beef (rib eye, strip loin, or sirloin)
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 sweet red pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 cup snow peas or sugar snap peas, trimmed
- 4 green onions, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 1/2 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
Instructions:
- Teriyaki Marinade: Mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, sesame oil, vegetable oil, ginger, garlic, onion powder, garlic powder and salt.
- Teriyaki Beef: Fill a FoodSaver Container with the marinade and beef; turn the valve to the marinate setting, connect the FoodSaver® Milti-Use Handheld Vacuum Sealer and press the Marinate button. Allow the sealer to run a 12-minute cycle to infuse beef with marinade. Reserve 1/4 cup marinade; set aside.

- Heat oil in large wok or saucepan set over high heat. Cook beef, stirring, for 2 to 3 minutes or until starting to brown. Stir in red pepper, carrot slices, snow peas, and green onions. Cook, stirring, for about 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Stir in reserved marinade mixture; bring to boil. Cook for 1 minute or until thickened. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Tip: If stir-frying or grilling, this all-purpose marinade is perfect for teriyaki beef, chicken, pork, seafood, and vegetables.
